TERMS AND CONDITIONS

New Clients are subject to prepayment in full, prior to project commencement, unless alternate terms are approved and a letter of confirmation is on file with The Lyceum. Clients with established credit are, minimum 50% retainer down payment, 25% upon completion but before delivery of recordings, and 25% (net 30 calendar days) after completion and delivery of final recordings, unless otherwise noted, or previous arrangements are approved, and a letter of confirmation is on file with The Lyceum. At The Lyceum's option, International orders are subject to special payment terms and quotations. Cash / anticipation discounts are not allowed. The Lyceum accepts bank wire transfers (Add $30.00), or VISA, Master Card, American Express & check prepayments. All Checks must be made payable to THE LYCEUM. All payments must be made in United States Currency. Add 4.5% when paying by credit card.

A 10.0% per month (120% APR) late charge, will be added to invoices not paid by the due date. The Lyceum reserves the right to set-off any deductions for sums owed. If Client fails to make payment within thirty (30) days, The Lyceum may defer production until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of un-produced order. In such case, all rights for continued use of product and services are suspended until payment in full is received by The Lyceum and Talent. Media in market of usage will be so notified of such suspension, and Client accepts full responsibility for all expenses, including legal fees, court costs, etc. incurred by The Lyceum and / or the Talent in the collection of delinquency and / or its enforcement of its copyrights and remedies.

In addition, Client will incur additional production charges for PUNCHES / Add-Ons / Pick-Ups / Author Changes in script, after production has begun. Client is responsible for providing a phonetic list of brand names exclusive to product, including technical terms and jargon, and a contact for verifying any technical terms found to be in doubt. Furthermore, errors by voice talent found in recordings, will be rectified by The Lyceum / Talent at no additional charge to Client, provided, talent is at fault and Client informs The Lyceum of such discrepancies within a proofing period, of two (2) business day(s) from date the scheduled recordings have been completed and delivered. In the event errors by voice talent are discovered in the scheduled, completed and delivered recordings after the two (2) business day(s) proofing period, these errors will be considered a PUNCH / Add-On / Pick-Up / Author Change, and standard charges, including studio costs will apply to make these corrections, regardless if Talent is at fault. Prices and Payment Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice.

Making the initial deposit required to commence this project, constitutes Client’s, it’s subsidiary's and affiliate’s acceptance and agreement to the terms and conditions contained herein.
